Juli received her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Appalachian State University where she also obtained her NC Teacher Certification.  Juli is certified in General Education (K-6) and in Middle School Mathematics (6-8), and is currently completing coursework for a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Gardner Webb University.

Connie received her undergraduate degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. She holds a Master’s degree in Politics and Public Policy from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University in New Jersey and has completed doctoral-level coursework in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
